New schedules on the Hanover Sub allow for new angles, lighting etc.  L137 was always a late evening run, and only daylight shots were a few weeks in the summer.  Now, it rolls into Gettysburg around 930-945am every weekday.

Great shots. Any idea what the speed over the steel trestle usually is?

Scheduling weirdness gave me an hour. Went to this spot in Short Hills NJ Yesterday.

Sadly didn't really plan on it, so best I can do is my Iphone and leaning against a retaining wall.

Another of the flooded Murray River taken last week - high cloud and the sun being around too far has flattened the lighting a bit. Aurizon Bulk Central locos GWA010/ ALF19/ ALF21/ GWA006 head empty Tailem Bend bound grain train #1281S across the flooded Murray River at Murray Bridge, South Australia on 20 January 2023.

Rooting around in the cabinets as we pack up to move and came across this print:

My dad worked for Martin Marietta as a traffic manager, so he was in charge of making sure this shiny new car got where it was going back in 1976.  The photo had hung in his office, and made its way into my collection.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't pink.  If anyone would like to take a stab at color correction, have at it!

The first 15 .4 miles of the 10th Sub, from Desmet to about midway between Evaro SNS and Arlee, is 25MPH. I think this covers the entire climb in both directions.

Sounds like I need to schedule another trip to the CRHS's archives for... something.

I got this.

Modern Photoshop's "automatic" stuff is pretty wild.

They've been leaving Hagerstown 715-730am.  There is a young informant just east of Security that posts in one of the FB groups when it and other traffic passes his house

Thank you.
No problem, from the April 1, 2020, timetable, so fairly current.
