.stl files for car stops?

Would anyone know where to find .stl files for some N scale end-of-spur-track car stops?   Other than something contemporary, I don't have anything specific in mind.

Alternately, any thoughts about where to find some drawings of such (with dimensions)?

TIA,
Ed

Thingiverse's search is (or was) hopeless and I gave up on 'em months ago. I could use wheel stops as well. How do we find them?
