Here are the specs of that speaker (from the datasheet):
Optimized to play in cavities about 1cc. Available with leaf spring.
Frequency Range: 100 Hz ~ 20 kHz
Frequency - Self Resonant: 950Hz
Impedance: 8 Ohms
Efficiency - dBA: 95.00 max., but as expected dropping off rapidly below 1kHz, down to under dBA 55 around 100Hz (in 1cc enclosure)
Efficiency - Type Sound Pressure Level (SPL)
Power - Rated: 1 W

Doesn't seem all that different from similar speakers from other  manufacturers. They are efficient at dBA: 95.00, but there are other speakers which have similar efficiency rating.

I tested out 9x16mm CUI (Same Sky) and OWS back to back in the same 3mm baffles with ESU LokSound 5 Nano E24. Fine-tuned the sound bulletin for good volume levels (ie; not over 128 or 100%) and used same 36awg ESU ultra wire. With all that consistency I carefully listened to each speaker and I felt the OWS 9x16mm had more warmth and clarity. It wasn’t a crank it up and see what happens kinda test, I maintained solid levels and balanced the overall sound files to my personal taste. I cannot say enough, my choice may not be everyone else’s choice, but it’s worth a listen and comparison. Again, my two cents. Greatly appreciate all of the insight and specs.

Cheers

I just provided the facts (technical specs) and not questioning your opinion. Audio experience is a very subjective and personal matter. Everybody's ears and brain are unique. Over the years there were many wars waged about what audio system or technicality sounds the best.  I was a Stereo Review Magazine subscriber  back n the '80s.  Still have some copies in the attic.  :D

.... I carefully listened to each speaker and I felt the OWS 9x16mm had more warmth and clarity. ....

Similar experience.....had tried a couple different 9x16's and like the OWS 9x16 the best.  I'm not a sound specialist at all in fact the opposite.... partially tone deaf and was told to move my lips at 10 years old in the church choir.  Don't know how to read the specs, just know I like the sound of the speaker over the couple other ones I tried.  Didn't explore other options further and there are probably others I would of liked also.
