Close. "with either a cupola or with bay windows"

https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4963.21

I'm not sure that is it. It is listed as 1953. The law I'm think of was around 1915. Let me find it...

Passed in 1915, enforced in 1919

Prior to this Ohio River and Western cabooses did not have cupolas.

Nice Chris! They likely didn't have bay window cabooses in 1915. :D The 1953 law might have been a driven by the NKP. Interesting trivia.

There were cabooses with bay windows....

Canadian Pacific for one at least had early cabooses with cupolas and little extended bay windows on the sides.

Not sure how "common" something like this was though.

:?  Attaching a couple of photos showing side and rear of caboose handrails of ATSF caboose on display in Lindsay OK taken in September 2014. The end view shows spacing of the curved side end hand rail to the caboose side. Since cabooses were discontined in mid 1990s, any bay window caboose photographs I took are 35mm negative film printed on photo paper.
My question relates to any suggestions for converting film photos to digital.  With local self use photo labs in brick and mortar stores now gone, are there any recommended mail order labs that can download film photos (prints or negatives) onto downloadable CDs or thumb drives?  Also, since Windows Live Photo Gallery is obsolete, are there any suggestions for digital photo cloud storage?  I am thinking about a Linux based notebook/ laptop to replace my Windows 7 laptop.  I guess that a thumb drive would download my photo collection onto the cloud?  Also, I will post these questions separately in the Photography section of The Railwire.
