Motor Settings Scaletrains N Dash-9

I did a rookie move and didn't save the original file or factory motor settings in my new Scaletrains Dash 9-44CW's before I loaded a different sound file to try out. The reason I wanted to try a different file was I didn't like how the factory file notched-up at speed step 5 and then again at speed step 6, unlike all my other locos that don't notch-up again until speed step 7 (I've never found a way to change this...is there?). At any rate, the locos now run very jerky at midrange speeds and doing the CV54 auto-adjustment only seemed to make it worse. Would someone with one of these locos mind looking at their motor settings in their LokProgrammer and let me know what they are? These are the "basic settings", "slow speed settings", "back EMF" and I guess the "motor pulse frequency" setting? Thanks!
