That has some rather distinct SP feel to it, like the ones they came up with before the cab-forwards.   Harriman influence?

Maybe Baldwin influence? I don't know if there would be much Harriman influence, Mopac and its predecessors were firmly in the Jay Gould empire.

I see more Santa Fe than SP. Still a good looking engine for a coal burner.
