I think Atlas may now own the molds. Maybe they will re-release it next year.
They are slowly releasing the old Life Like stuff.   I think the next up is the GP60 for the end of this year.

Or you could ask Atlas if they acquired any parts with the Life Like acquisition.

As far as the parts go, you're likely hosed for the time being (unless Atlas re-runs them, but I'm not even sure they got these since they were originally True Line Trains units).

I'd recommend looking to see if the handrails from Atlas C628s, C630s, or C420s are close and if so, trying to adapt them.

I'd say tear it apart and gently try to straiten out the sill, then build new handrails for the whole loco out of wire and brass.

How ironic as I, too, bought a damaged C424 in New Haven. Same damage only on the rear. The sill in your pic shows less damage than mine and can be salvaged. I agree with others that the C628/630 front/rear handrail may be the way to go. Side rails are tough but again rails from another loco may be the way to go. I actually think I have all these parts mentioned and the sill. I'll look.
