Arnold SW1 wheels

Does anyone know where I can find replacement wheels to replace the traction one's on the engine? Tried Hornby web site and can't figure it out..Any help would be great...Jim

Even if you do contact them, they are pretty much out of those wheesets for SW1s.  We discussed the spare wheelset availability in https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=37191.0 (probably somewhere towards the and of that thread) and that was few years ago.  There was only one run of these locos (ending in a "fire sale"), so whatever spare parts they had left, they are almost certainly gone.

When I was getting my wheelsets (back around 6 years ago) I was communicating directly with one of their employees.  I'll PM you his email address, so if he still works there, you could ask him.

Took the traction tires of the wheel and ground down the lip on the wheel and it works fine now...No more electrical pickup problems.

OK, but now the wheel tread of that wheel is different diameter than all the other wheels. I would not thought of doing that, but if it works for you . . .

Very small difference..Can't really tell to look at it, and it runs much better..
