ATSF number 9839 in lead at speed near US Hwy 84 east of Muleshoe TX in February 1973. At the time, I worked out of Littlefield TX and this is the only time I caught an Alco Alligator in the lead. Photo is not the best, but I just pulled over on shoulder and guessed at settings on film camera. Today, I pulled print from one of my old albums and took a digital photo.
