Could be older Lenz (judging by some components).  Can you read (on programming track of course) CV8?  Once you know the value, you can look it up in https://www.nmra.org/sites/default/files/standards/sandrp/pdf/appendix_a_s-9_2_2_5.pdf

OK, thanks. I actually have a Digitrax system on order, I'm just getting started in DCC.

Very good!  You will likely find DCC a very useful technology. Good to know my guess was on-target.
