I know CMW made versions of their box truck with NH markings but did such vehicles actually exist? Looking for images on Google turned up nothing. I'm wondering if the NH just let REA handle all the package deliveries from station to store.

That, or one of the subsidiary companies handled it, since they monopolized the transportation industry in lower New England at the time.

When did CMW release a New Haven scheme on one of their four box truck models?  I don't recall ever seeing it.

REA and railroad LCL were two separate entities. Example is NYC pacemaker service between two points on the NYC. The cars never left the NYC. If however you wanted ship LCL to a destination offline, then REA was the only real option. So yes, there were RR delivery trucks.

I mentioned NYC Pacemaker LCL service, didn't B&O have a similar service ? I can't think of others off the top of my head but all of them had a delivery truck of some type..

I model the Milwaukee, I know there was a big freight house at Galewood but I do not actually know if the Milwaukee offered an expedited LCL service , I suspect they did not and that the Galewood was for break bulk or carload service.

Name the LCL service railroads.

Hmmmm... maybe I saw a set somebody painted up NH. Or some kind of CMW truck painted with NH script logo.
