That page does have the bolster spacing but it does not have the axle to axle dimension of the truck.  After some proportioning on an image, and based on the 36" wheel diameter, I believe it to be 8'-6".

Interesting.  I'm guessing someone asked because a very nice person recently uploaded an N scale car to thingverse.  I haven't tried to print it yet but it's on my to-do list.
