Bots are signing up
« on: February 26, 2021, 10:44:36 AM »
I’m seeing more and more bots try to sign up. If you sign up to be a member here, please type in a very specific answer to the “reason for joining“ question.

That’s the kind of response I would expect from a bot.

I'm an organic carbon-based Bot, and even after 20,000 post I am still not banned from the forum.   8)

Of all the things robots can do... Checking a box that says "I'm not a robot" is beyond its capability.

So, are any of them N scale modelers? Seems like they could have some advantages over us biological units.  Microscopic vision, digital accuracy for part placements, spectroscopic paint matching.  Can we convince them to start a model railroad products manufacturing company?  Just paying them in kilowatt-hours would be pretty cheap, right?

Also, they don't get tired, or sleep.
