Maybe you should be giving away 4 or 5 free samples to people on this forum who have good reputations plus the ability to write expert and credibly honest reviews.  $300 isn't a bad "start-up" cost.  And it would be really cheap resuscitation for your reputation - if you have actually produced something that is worthwhile.  You might even get some useful suggestions for improving your design.

I don't have a dog in this fight but having watched from the sidelines, a I can't help but imagine a more contrite tone than the one you took might score you more forgiveness.

No dog here either but I've got to hand it to you, you've got stones.

While I'm sorry for hurt feelings around FireBox, I'm not back on here to be ridiculed for my actions. What's done is done, I've heard what you all have had to say, and I stand by what I've said and done.

Then you have learned nothing.

I really don't think this thread is worth the time to watch, unless it changes direction.

I tried to get it to do that with the second post.  I was not involved with the Firebox mess, so I was hoping to be considered "neutral".  I tried to steer this thread toward a potentially positive direction, which was to use his 5 "test units" to actually show us what he has so we can tell if it is really worthwhile.

But, no response to that.

So, I'm gonnna watch other threads while I eat my popcorn.  I think this one is a rerun.

Instead of responding to this 🐓💩 sob, here’s a really interesting thread about the nutritional value of an egg vs a chicken: https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=51188.0;topicseen

David -- I'll give you credit for having the balls of steel to come back here with yet another wild idea.  If anyone participates with your latest project, they do so at their own risk and the high likely hood that you won't deliver again.

You have lost all credibility with TRW. There are plenty of small DCC manufacturers that deliver quality products at a reasonable prices. I think we will get along just fine without another one of your projects.

Good luck to you, but maybe you come back when you actually have a product shipping and sold through a reputable dealer.
