Hi Pamela,

My copy of the January/February 2021 issue arrived yesterday (12/12) and I was very pleased to see Tom Knapp's Manufacturer Spotlight article featuring Artitec models.  Tom mentioned ordering direct from Holland, but there are also at least two U.S. etailers that carry the Artitec line.  One is Reynauld's Euro Imports.  https://www.reynaulds.com/artitec.aspx  The other M.B. I definitely agree with Tom that these are excellent high end models.  And, other N scale models seem to agree as well.  The Artitec Cat D7 dozer won the New N Scale Vehicle of the Year Award in 2019, and the Artitec Massey Ferguson 830 combine was the co-winner of the N Scale Vehicle of the Year Award in 2020.  http://nscalevehicles.org/

Mine also arrived last week, but we're having a lot of trouble getting newspapers by mail, so the Post Office definitely has "issues".  On the other hand, packages, and junk mail, are getting through fine.

The January/February issue shipped on December 1st via second class mail. It usually takes longer to arrive during the holidays unfortunately due to the volume of mail. They are shipped from our printers in Wisconsin. Hopefully it will be arriving very soon. Thank you for your support. Merry Christmas.

Mine hasn't arrive yet either. However, i usually have to give it 3 weeks with the way USPS runs.  Its generally on par with ballot delivery.

Given the mail situation right now, I don't think it would matter.  People are paying extra for 2-3 days and its taking 2-3 weeks.  PO this morning told a customer all time related guarantees are null and void until further notice.  Blaming covid shortages and heavy holiday package volume
