Building an old soldier

So I have run into this loco a couple of times in my travels to Wisconsin:  http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1116101 and so have decided to model her as a sideways @Ed Kapuscinski DMV A$$hat tribute.  Ed and I have discussed which Atlas Conrail loco will do for this, and I am in the process of procurement.

What I could use the hive mind's help on is the fonts for the numbers.  The cab side numbers are clearly different then the number boards, and to my untrained eye the ELS looks different from the numbers.  So, any hlep on fonts for those, and potential Decal sets to raid would be appreciated.

i have hundreds of fonts
but the closest i could come to the numbering
was Penn Station and Pennsylvania Wayside
for the ELS, it is a common gothic font
but the symmetric S ikn top and bottom
and the shortened width L is more of a challenge
fonts on the image are named for what they are

The number board numbers are looking similar to Times New Roman bold.

I was on the fence about getting them until I saw how few Klein's had left. I regret nothing.
