None of my other locos do this. Trucks appear seated.   Runs fine...

Looks normal to me - as long as it doesn't wobble while on the tracks!

Concur.  I wouldn’t worry about it as long as it is stable and quiet when running.

what is odd is it comes to a rest at the two extreme leaning points.

One is straight up - the other is leaning to the side.

It doesn't seem right...

I’m wondering if one of the truck prongs might be bent or broken.   Anyhow would suggest remove and check the trucks.

got this from bli - it worked:


That model is thin and top heavy - it's going to always do that on a table with your finger on it so I am assuming that you are saying it does that while running on the rails as well?

Perhaps you could pull the trucks down and out of the chassis and adjust the tension on the copper pick up wipers to reduce the amount of side to side movement the model has?

Try and make them stiffer, bend them down towards the plates on the trucks more.
