Opening the doors on a shipping container?

I need to model a 40' container that has one of its doors open. Vis -

Unfortunately, I'm having a hard to time envisioning just how I'd go about cutting a door off without wrecking it in the process. Any suggestions? I'm assuming there aren't any RTR options in N scale.

Thanks!

2 containers. Cut the door out of one. Cut everything but the door from the other.  ;)

I just figured out that the tops pop off. Maybe not so hard now, lol.

With the roof out of the way (doy), I got the door off with no problem (zip zorp zap with a Zona). Of course now it dawns on me that there's no interior detail on these things, so I'll have to make my own "open" version of a door anyway.

Thanks. I guess that'll be Plan B if I screw this one up.

Maybe you could print out one of these and shorten it? I *think* they include the door inside.

That was going to be my suggestion too.
