CRC 2-26

Hi Guys.

A lot of people sing the praises of CRC 2-26, as a track cleaner.  BUT, looking at their website, there are many different types, a bit like saying "buy Kato" but which loco!
Can someone give me a serial number. I'm in UK, so we have a limited choice here.

Cheers, Bob

Anything marked "2-26" should be the same formulation from CRC.

I bought a spray can from my local big-box home improvement store for less than US$5.00. Obviously that's too messy for model trains, so I sprayed some of it carefully into a small glass model paint jar. I apply it with cotton swabs or a bit of paper towel and refill the jar when necessary.

I haven't used it as a track cleaner but I can vouch for CRC 2-26 being excellent for locomotive pickups.

Also good for fixing balking Kato Unitrack switches.
