N scale water tower spout

I have looked and looked,can't find a spout that is the right size for my wooden water spout.Hobby Linc had one but it was to small and not for a tower tank.Does anyone know where I could get one of someone has a 3d printer who van make them?

When I built our water tank I had to make our spout. I took a piece of plastic tubing and heated it with a hair dryer, and stretched and bent it into the shape we wanted. I tried to add a picture but was told I am not allowed, sorry.

Once you get your post count up a bit, that secret door will be unlocked.  If you have it available on another website, you can cut and paste the address and link to it.
I also need to fabricate something to repair my old AHM tank that lost its spout many decades ago... I'll be interested seeing how you did it.

I wonder how long that is scale wise,the one I have is 10 foot and it looks to small even in length.

Thank you. It was all done with strip wood. The tank is hollow and all the plumbing is as accurate as I could do.

Brighid, When you get enough posts to gain permission to post pictures here, please come back to this thread and post the pictures of your tower and spout.  Some of us don't "do" Facebook, for various reasons.

Certainly. I will post a few other projects also. Our entire layout is scratch built including all rolling stock.

When the time comes to posting photos here I recommend using the Railwire gallery instead of just attaching photos to a post.
Instructions (for both methods) are in https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=42854.0 and are a lot of scarier looking than the actual photo posting process is.
