I have these, they are suitable for trams and light rail but a bit small for heavy electrics.

Unfortunately those (like most Japanese N scale pantographs) are static models only.  Not sprung. They will be ok if you are using invisible catenery, but if you want them to follow the wire, they will not work. You would need ones that are using in European models.  Those are functional.
