There is also another option which needs more work, but to me it is worth it.  When I want to quote including a photo, I change its size to a large thumbnail.  It is easy, and I'm sure people scrolling down through the thread appreciate that I give their scroll wheel finger (or a swiping thumb) a rest.  And quoting posts with multiple photos, I pretty much only include the one relevant to my reply.  I do what I would hope others would do for me.

Probably scaled N insulators would be quite small and hard to deal with.  But with the advent of transparent and transparent resin for the Photon printer, some members here did print out entire cross-arms, with transparent insulators.  Those might be for sale.  See https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=45869.msg595685#msg595685 and following posts in that thread.

Say, I had that Tyco Bicentennial set! Actually, I HAVE it, or much of it, including the engine and the caboose...it's in my basement closet for my kids to throw out when they move me to the nursing home.
