A start of something new. Helping a good friend design and build a new, Horribly Oversized Layout. His incredible, beautiful large original layout was lost to a tragic fire last October, and he vowed to rebuild, bigger and better. This one will be bigger and better, and it actually is Horribly Oversized, HO in a 7,000 sq.ft. building🙀 Theme? Transition era out West. Here’s the start, 2x3 pony walls, 2x3 deck joists, 3/4” plywood for rigidity and strength.Otto K.
