I dug them out.  The one with the bent plastic tip I think would be best for your use.

How about using a fine-tipped pipette?  You would have better control while dispensing the resin (gently squeezing the rubber bulb instead of pushing a plunger of a syringe?

Here's a link to the type of syringe I'm talking about, one I've used for rail glue.  It is just the syringe I'm talking about for this purpose and not the applicator frame or any of the rest of it.  These syringes have a much lower volume than those readily available from hobby suppliers and more appropriate for the small volume that windows will require.  These also have needles that use a standard adaption to the syringe with a whole host of sizes available.  The one pictured has a .020" hole and a decent reach for filling from a bottle, two important features.  https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=48446.msg648374#msg648374

I have not used these with resin so don't have a firm recommendation for cleaning them out after use. The needles are SS blunt and will readily clear with alcohol but the syringe itself might not slide well after cleaning with alcohol and I don't know if acetone will work on resin.  It is what I use successfully to clean the syringe after using it for Plio-Bond and it may work for resin but I don't know.

I've had these syringes on one of my various Amazon wishlists for a while. I haven't needed them yet, so I can't vouch for the quality, but the price seems right.

I've done a similar thing with number boards, but I put scotch tape on the outside.  It leaves a nice smooth surface.   Works with Kristal Klear as well

You can buy needles and syringes over the counter at your local drugstore.  Most are way too fine.  I didn't see anything wide bore and had to ask at the prescriptions counter; they just gave me the needle.

Solder paste dispensing tips are likely what you could use. Digikey and Mouser Electronics sell them.  They all fit standard syringes.
Here is a nice sampler kit for $10. https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/chip-quik-inc/SMDTA30/SMDTA30-ND/5804227
And the mind-boggling variety:
