Joepri:  I tried that once, and none of our local office supply stores would allow it.  They all claimed that decal paper, ANY decal paper, destroys laser copiers/printers.  Obviously it doesn't, or so many people wouldn't be using it, but they refused to take the chance.

The places I used had self service copiers.

Micro-Mark sells decal paper for inkjet printers and laserjet printers, white and clear.

Micro-Mark's decal paper is backordered, and they have no idea when it will be available again.  I tried to order it first, then asked if they knew when it would be back in stock.  The answer was that they don't know when any back-ordered item will be restocked.
