I’ve been looking for a photo of something resembling the Atlas SLRX wooden reefer. I have not been able to find a photo of one in the number series Atlas used (41xx) or any that are 40’ all wood. All the photos I have seen show either 36’ wood cars or 40’ steel or wood/steel end cars. All are bunkerless (class RB, I think) but I could pretty easily remove the ice hatches and give it a sheathed roof.
I did find something, it was some sort of consist list, that references a SLRX car in that number series, no photo though. Don’t know if I want to spend the time on it if the Atlas car isn’t somewhat similar except for the roof hatches.
