Slow speed question

While messing about with various engines today I timed one @ 3.75 inches per minute. This is a B'man 4-8-2 light Mtn with DCC, slowest speed it will run without any hesitation in both forward and reverse. What does this amount to in MPH? Thanks from the math challenged.
