Kato bookcase cases for Kato N scale supereliner cars

Does Kato make their bookcase style cases to fit Kato N scale superliner cars? I can't tell from descriptions on the web (type F, type C, etc.)
I'm trying to get my superliners out of jewel cases and into an easier to use case to set up at train shows.

I don't believe so. The cases you mentioned are made for Japanese market and they have generic die-cut opennings for typical Japanese (single level) cars.  You would have to make your own foam inserts to hold Superliners.

Kato released the gallery cars for Caltrain in a bookcase that would work, but I'm not sure that one is available on the open market

Kato often re-releases add-on sets for their Metra and VRE Bilevels in bookcases (item codes 106-8702 and 106-8706, respectively).

Casco bookcases might be another option, they’ve made bookcases for double decker Shinkansen.

Casco also makes double decker foam cutouts that fit the Kato books. I used a few of their foam liners for my Conrail OCS.

You can find those cases on eBay too (usually from Japanese sellers, like Plaza Japan).  Also, similar cases (from hard plastic) are made by Tomix, and also available on eBay.  But they are all IMO quite pricey.

And none have the foam inserts designed specifically for Superliner cars.

any dealer can order 10-213 from Kato USA although it's not something commonly stocked in the warehouse and ends up as a special order item.

MB Klein usually orders these and a quick glance shows 6 in stock there.
