Nice! a decent mini table saw is definitely on my wish-list...

Does it have a fixed or tilting arbor? how is the arbor/blade for side to side play?

They used to sell a whole box full of kits for that Woodland Scenics layout. Probably the most economical way to buy a bunch. Also your checklist after using the saw should include "count fingers".

Be sure you stay that way!

I'm more concerned about continuing to be fingered.

Wait.

oooh, details?

As someone who once did slice their finger on a tiny table saw like that once, be careful!
Thanks much,

Ed, who is the manufacturer? Have you used it yet and are you happy with it? Cut square?

And have all your fingers?

Thanks,

Fritz

Own the same unit, its a Proxon saw with Micro-Mark branding. Cuts nice if you use the proper blade for the material. Though despite being small, its still a table saw and all of its usual safety risks.

If someone has extra funds available, I recommend the next model up - it has a tilting blade for easy angle cuts.

I've been happy with the only REAL cuts I've used it for so far. Although I DID have the wrong blade in it. I'm assuming the right one would be even better.

This was the one recommended by @DKS , so I trust it.
