Or maybe I'm not looking at the right place on the website (can we call it a "catalog"?) I already asked them and got no reply, but if anybody knows how to get them let me know.

And, sometimes, Shipsure responds to posts here on TRW.  Or, you could PM him.

Microtrains has provided me with parts that I have asked for, even some not in their parts catalog.  But, for those not in the catalog, I needed some help from Shipsure.  The whole organization has been very helpful.

Anything with a part number can be ordered through a Micro Trains dealer.

I've ordered replacement parts for heavyweights (such as baggage car steps) by calling them on the phone (contact info from their web site).  If the part is currently in production (not everything is) it seems pretty straightforward to get parts, and the prices are reasonable.

I sent a request via the M-T contact form for diaphragms for a troop kitchen car. M-T replied back in about 2-3 days and sent me the replacement part. I was quite impressed with their customer service!
