Challenge #3 - B&O in West Virginia

My entry for the T-trak challenge is a double module based on the Baltimore and Ohio in 1978 in West Virginia. The B&O's West End was a heavy two-track mainline with steep grades requiring helper sets of multiple SD35s. It makes for some great mountain railroading, and the mainline structure makes it ideal for the Kato concrete double track. It is going to be basic mountain scenery with a well-detailed right-of-way, and will make a great background to take pictures of my models. Currently it is built, the track is laid, and the ties have been painted. It is masked and ready to have the rails painted tomorrow. Will have to be a rush job because I'm starting so close to the deadline...
Don't know what I'm modeling today, won't know what I'm modeling tomorrow

And a late entry arrives from out of nowhere!  Great concept.  That's a beautiful area to model.
Deadline is looming at June 10, but you can do it!

Thanks for the entry.

Painted the track and added some basic ballast. Next step is to do landforms. I have all of the materials to finish except for trees, so I will have to get some soon.
