Has anyone had a problem with getting track labeled code 70 and it doesn’t match up to their code70 switches? It seems like it’s code 55.

I have purchased and used both ME code 70 and code 55.  Had to shim the 55 where they met and both sizes measure out correctly per my admittedly cheap caliper.  Code 55 fits code 55 turnouts and code 70 fits code 70 turnouts.  At least, that is my past experience.  I wonder if you got a batch that was mislabeled either in the factory or some mix up at the retailer.

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.

I’m thinking it was labeled wrong at the factory.
