SUCCESS!!!!  Thanks, guys!

Not only do I now have a .CSV file of ALL the CVs I have configured on my best-configured loco, I can use the PR3 and JMRI DecoderPro to import that spreadsheet to the next loco and write all the CVs at once.  What a time to be alive!  Who knew when I bought the PR3 some 7 years ago I'd be finding new uses for it...
