No, for that model, the price isn't out of line. Fortunately, I have absolutely no use for one, there not being a strip mine anywhere close to my railroad, except for the Berkeley Pit in Butte.

That's really not a bad price but too modern for me. There was plenty of strip mining in SE Ohio in time period I model being the mid 70's though.
