Where was it ?
« on: November 15, 2018, 01:19:08 AM »

A few month ago there was a thread that featured two beautifully weather LV freight cars and many great pictures of a northeast layout.

Does anyone else member it and can you point me to it  ?

I want to figure who made the cars.

Thanks...

Little to no searching.  Could it be Scott Lupia? https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=43089.msg547172#msg547172 or Ryourstone https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=21290.msg199639#msg199639.  Both have run LV rolling stock.

There are a lot of great modelers out there, but these two. It was like watching Michelangelo and Leonardo.

Probably either of these series of cars from ESMC (@bbussey):

Sounds like @coosvalley’s beautiful Boston & Maine Canal Line. He has featured some ESM weathered LV boxcars on his layout.

Thanks for the suggestions. I looked through the entire threads but I still have not found it.  Maybe I dreamed it, who knows.

And for the record, you're not crazy, my photos are mostly gone in that thread. I was trying to delete some photos on my damn sticky/slow/sensitive touch screen, and before I could stop it, they were all gone. I hope to eventually go back and re-add at least some of them. For those on Facebook, I have a page there that is mostly up to date, look for "The Canal Line Model RR".

Here's a teaser of what been going down lately!
