Database issue from 7-7:23

Just a quick note - the new server had php 7.2 installed by default and that was causing a deprecation error which was being logged a thousand time a minute and somehow that corrupted the table structure.  I did a quick repair and backdated php and it looks good.

At this rate, the new weathering book is going to be a server administration guide.

No sweat!  I have a super-cache app installed on my computer and I didn't even notice a problem.
