I am sorta interested in the Sillouette Cameo 3 machine offered by Micro Mark. Does anybody out there have one? If so just how good is it for working on styrene (.040 or .060 thick) material? Will it cut thru with the deep cut blade ar is it only going to score it for snapping? How square are the window/door corners. Things like that.
Thanks
Richard

Silhouette machines don't have much blade pressure, they're designed for crafters using various papers, and adhesive vinyl. You're doing good to get a usable score line on .020" material.

My Silhouette has easily given the biggest return on investment for any hobby related tool.
This thread has a lot of good discussion on them:

Except for the Kato and FVM engines, two vehicles, and the auger, my Silhouette played a part in every model in this picture.

It's especially useful for scratch building buildings.

Masking by hand is a PITA. Silhouette makes it a pleasure.

Imagine measuring and cutting hundreds of repeating parts by hand.

TLDR; if you enjoy scratch building, especially buildings, the Silhouette Cameo (or most any other craft cutter) is a great investment.

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
But mention his law
and you've pulled your last straw!
Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."
