Body Mounts for Athearn 40' Hoppers?

Has anyone done any body mounting to Athearn's 40' 70 ton 3 bay hoppers?  I've got some of these cars, and I'm not a fan of the huge coupling distance on these cars.  I'd like know some techniques on converting them to body mounts, if anyone has already did this before.

1025s on mine, which are actually MDC cars, from years ago.  Even though I prefer the 1025s, these are one car where I'll second CJM413 and recommend 1015s.  The 1025s are just a little too long.

I used Accumates, you have to drill through the metal under frame, that is the only tedious part, you will probably go through a few drill bits, depending on how many cars you need to do.

Accumates come with Phillips head counter sink screws, I wish Micro-Trains would switch to Phillips head screws.

I’m not here to argue
