Greetings from N-Scale Weekend in Altoona!  Having a great time!



Ed K was there with two other  but returned late from lunch and missed the photo op.

Yep, had to bail out before lunch on Saturday, but not before acquiring some "I don't really need these items, but since I'm here..." rolling stock. 

I also note there was an Ed K sighting in Huntingdon this morning...

Edit: I didn’t realize that N Scale Weekend was sponsored by Pepsi.

Peteski sent me a PM suggesting that but I don't know everyone in the picture.  I'll edit the picture and add number leads and ask everyone to help filling in the blanks.

I'm guessing the Jaffra center is a Pepsi shop so they probably supply blank banners to print on with their corporate logo.

There WAS an entire Pepsi train on one of the layouts. Owner even took "Amtrak" off his DASH 8-32BHW. He had tank cars, TOFC where the trailer AND flat car were labeled "Pepsi" and TWO Pepsi cabeese, with different numbers! Did I mention it was a Pepsi train?

A bunch of us were at lunch and honestly, through no fault of our own, were late because they messed up like 4 of our orders.

The pic is missing me, Ed, Ben, Dave Betz, Cody O, and that guy that used to look like Eric.  I can't remember if Al is on here.

Mike, I'm the third person to your right, the one in the Red NS shirt (Rich S) Randy (randgust) is looking over my right shoulder and Steve (SAH) is looking over my left shoulder. It was great finally getting to meet everyone at the show.  I had a great time and bought a bunch of stuff. I was able to convince the wife I really these hoppers and locomotives for the layout

Pete, too bad you were not there, it was great meeting you in Pittsburgh a couple of years ago. Todd T. and my buddy DJ were at the show, you met them in Pittsburgh. I was not able to stay for the entire day as I had to work Sunday.
