The last Sherman, the M4A3e8, or "Easy Eight" was the last U.S. variant of the M4 Sherman, and saw action in WW2, Korea, and with the South Vietnam Army. Here's a nice N-scale model of it: https://www.shapeways.com/product/56EGDSVQ6/sherman-m4a3e8-n-scale So, this could easily and correctly be a 50's flat load.
These are M1A2s, right? That's the CITV over above the loader's position if I know my tanks.
Joe,If these kits become successful (and I'm sure they will be), is MTL considering a Micro-Trucks Line? Starting with other military equipment, then maybe move on to tractors for your trailer series. Container chassis. The kit looks like it can be assembled quickly. Will there be a RTR version fully painted in the future?
I'd vote for the HEMMT Tankers and transports - used to see 70-80 car trains of these on CR headed to/from the Military Ocean Terminal in NJ
I would Love some HEMTT's as well. We called them Highly Explosive Mobile Tank Targets when I drove them in the Cav, 2/3 ACR. Would like to see both fueler and cargo versions. It would be really great to see someone offer a decent Hummer too. Chuck
i"m pushing for a Hummer first since it gives us the opportunities to offer variations, but I'm with you on the HEMTT's...lots of cool ones out there.Joe
Joe,I think you mean a Humvee https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humvee rather than a Hummer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HummerThere would be some serious licensing issues with a Hummer.

Has anybody heard how Jim is doing? I really like his vehicles.Chuck
