Given that Bryan responded with a solution within 2 hours of the first post at 4 o'clock in the morning, I'd call it superior customer support.

The cars don’t roll, they are faulty.  I stated a fact about three cars, not a whole line.  Your response was to make the consumer do all the work to rectify the issue.  That is poor customer service in my opinion. I challenge anyone to review the body of my posts.  You won’t see me trolling.  I am no more of a troll than you are a bully.  You need to get over yourself, you couldn’t hurt my feelings if you tried.

Make sure the screw heads are extra thick on the next run of CBQ cars :)..

ljudice:  I agree.  The problem was solved literally the same day I posted it; Bryan knows where, and suspects how, it occurred, and let us know; and the complainant (me) is satisfied with the results.  The cars roll fine now, and it didn't take any more work than I do on a lot of cars anyway.  If anyone else, at least among Railwire members, has a similar problem, they now know what to look for and how to fix it.  Great customer service by my standards.

~Ian:  Please, no, as I suspect the next "CBQ" cars will be the BN version of the X-58, and I want some of those!  If any of the Hill Lines had the X-65 I don't know about it.  Although I will be in the market for at least one PC X-65.

I hope so, I came here to see some modeling, not personal attacks. This nonsense is getting old.

Exactly. Nobody wants to have to come moderate pot shots.

I got 2 and they're excellent a little rolling issue with one but took only a few seconds to correct, Bryan offers top notch models and I'll be in for more of these when PC and Conrail come available.

Tom:  We're good.  I'm fine, the cars are rolling good, Bryan is aware of the issue and seems to be working on keeping it from recurring, so yes, we seem to be done here.

Might as well lock the thread, as there doesn't seem to be anything else to say.
