This is an old Peanut facility on E. Washington St. in Suffolk, VA. It's no longer used, but a more modern one south of here seems to be.

The trackwork is quite complex for a simple spur, but multiple railroads ran through this part of town evidently.

If you zoom in you can see the new facility in the distance. Amazingly it's rail served, and they make a nice duo for a micro layout. The area also has this modern facility that I haven't yet figured out. Hoping to use all three on the Suffolk Southern.

The old style southern porched homes on the back streets of Suffolk also make a nice modeling challenge.
