Micro Trains Train Set Question...

I see where MT once offered an N scale set with an FP7 loco.

Who was the maker of this engine? If I had to guess, I'd say Model Power(?)

I say this because the shape of the nose and windscreen area just looks a little "off", unlike the Kato F units (which to my eyes anyway) look spot on...
