Without digging out the GMR to do a side-by-side, it appears to be an almost identical, word-for-word, reprint. Not going to say there aren't different pictures though, but the article even included the sidebar on Lewistown station,

That's been their MO for years -- repackaging stuff from the mag into "special" publications. Hey, in this day and age, whatever works for 'em. Personally, I'd rather buy a specialized publication like this than subscribe to MR. Would be nice if the original contributors got a few bucks, though. I haven't done the free-lance thing for years, but it used to be that publishers bought "all rights" or "one-time rights," or some similar arrangement, which would determine whether or not an article could be republished and if there would be additional compensation. It's probably spelled out in Dave's original agreement with Kalmbach.
