Well, That looks like step one of replacing a MP 4-4-0 or 2-6-0 tender with a bachmann one! Pull off the slopeback shell, replace with MP strait shell!

Modeling for me this week has been kinda a mixed mission. I got the Neubrucke station rebuilt for like the 3rd time, and got my MP "US Customs" warehouses scratched into one building, and also decided to use some scrap lumber, some scrap flex track, and a bunch of old Bachmann sectional track with the roadbed, to make a primitive loop for my Neubrucke (Nahe) Wa. Module. Being able to run trains round and round has helped with motivation that's for sure. I'm not sure if I am going to add scenery to the end loops or not. The tracks across the back are made to sit over the trolley car tracks, and are not attached. The tracks on the corners are attached. I may pull up the sectional track, and replace it with cork and flex track. Of course, If I'm going that far, I might as well add scenery.

Progress has been made on my five-year-old daughter's N scale layout.  We'll eventually add real scenery, but, for now, she's enjoying it with her own toys:

I got some custom handrails with GMM stanchions, along with other details, installed on my SP SW1200 build....









Keystone numberboards not installed at the moment. This will also be my first attempt at painting with handrails already installed on a model.

Yes, the SP sure loved all the extras and they sure didn't skimp on these units either, although the tall, vertical sandwich board sure seems like an odd and...well...over-the-top light installation method. Why this and not a more sleek and lower-profile installation like on the SW1500? Anyway, it made for a unique looking unit...one that I just had to have a model of!

I had a leftover bridge beam that made a perfect load for the G33 gon. The Bethlehem sign is copied from signs seen in the PRR gon book.
