I like the concept, but the execution was a little off. I think this is the busiest custom scheme UP has done. They could have painted it to look like the original Spirit of Union Pacific and it would have been much easier on the eyes than this.

I think maybe keeping the traditional yellow and grey nose and cab (partly for safety), and then a special scheme for each service after the slant would have looked nice.  As it is it's too artistically busy.  A whole army camo one, a whole navy one (bonus points for a ww2 dazzle scheme), a whole coast guard one with more orange, and a whole air force one.  That would be cool.
