1. Athearn F45/FP 45 - DCC and Sound - $118 @ the Lombard hobby. I paid $14 shipping, but managed to combine other items so the cost averaged out.

this is one..these are auctions and i've seen winning bids around the $40-50 range some months back, likewise with the SW1s..sharp looking models, wish they offer DCC variants...

Um, All you have to do is pull off the shell and plug in a 6-pin decoder. Plug-n-play baby!

I bought a pair of SW1's off him recently... Killer deal and easy purchase...

Now just need to paint one in Soo line

I knew about those, his wording made it seem like they were "buy it now".  A better way to put it would be "you might get one under 40$"....

The "Buy it now" SW1's are 54$, and the U25C's are 48$, still good deals!

Intermountain sd40-2 milw and soo models $160 shipped and atlas s2 $130 shipped on ebay. Brand new dcc and sound. Not the lowest i've seen but fairly good prices.
