This is a nice opportunity.  It's not uncommon for me to need a handful of gears and traction tires that don't amount to much more than 20 bucks, and having to pay the typical $8 shipping charge on that is irritating. 
Thanks for the heads up.  I ordered some expendables.  As per their instructions, I was charged $7 at checkout, but it's supposed to be removed when they actually charge my card and ship the package.

Anyone know a way to add a Parts Department Special Offer item to an actual Parts Department order?

I have two handfuls of parts in the cart, and I'd love to add the UP Excursion Power Car from the Parts Department Offers, but apparently the Parts Department Offers are only available via separate Online Store, and not the Parts Department themselves... 

Otherwise the shipping offer doesn't apply to the Online Store, which wants to charge $16 to ship a $30 item.   

Contacted them by email and they were able to bundle them for me.

Same here, I waited too long to get the SD70M trucks and mech to complete two SP units I need to get painted. I need excursion train trucks, but those I haven't been a rush on.

I can’t figure out what I need to buy for a pair of C44-9W deck mounted ditch light tubes. The one glass set Kato had looks like the original run with pilot mounted.
