Nice overview, and great progress!  Is left-hand running the norm on the Geneva Sub?

How big a crew do you need for a good ops session?  Are you running those under CTC?

Yes, the sub is left hand running going back to CNW days before merger with the UP.  We run with 8-15 operators.  I also operate solo. CTC is used.  The dispatcher's panel uses RR&&Co software.

Nice to see so much progress being made in your new digs Daryl. I cringe at the idea of having to move and redo my layout at this stage of my life, and my hat is off to you, sir. It's beginning to look real good again, and those bridges are simply magnificent! Glad to see you having fun again...

Daryl, great video... glad to see the layout back together and running again. as Otto said, I would not want to move a large layout like this, High Greens. Gordon Bliss

Great layout and great video.
Rod.

I second that... great project arena for ongoing hobby time but having it working must be great feeling too.

That is a great video of your layout, it looks fantastic. It is amazing that you've been able to rebuild such a large layout when you moved.  I look forward to seeing more !!

I really enjoyed this video.  A great long run and the switching scenes look generous in size and operation potential.

I realized that your lead SD70ace has a nose headlight.  Is that factory or modified?

Thanks for the offer.  I will need photos of the abandoned passenger station just west of the Mississippi River Bridge.  If it is still there.  Are they making any progress on the new bridge they have been planning for some time?

Its factory.  The units are by Fox Valley, not Kato.  IMHO, the Fox Valley units are superior to the Kato.
