Kato Volvo VNL 780 and Capacity Yard Tractor Return

I did not see the "re-release" of the Kato Volvo VNL 780 semi-tractors and containers on chassis as well as the Capacity yard tractors and containers on chassis posted here, so here is the information copied from the N Scale Vehicle Association's Yahoo Group.   

Kato USA is showing the Volvo VNL 780 in three colors and the Capacity yard tractor in two colors will be back in stock the end of this month.

All of the paint schemes appear to be the same as the earlier releases.

Too bad they won't "fix" the wheels on those 780s. We have to resorts to Trainworx wheels (whenever they'll be available again).

If the container shipped when it was supposed to, the Trainworx replacement wheels should be available real soon!

I agree that 2-packs of the 740 tractors would be really handy.

  +3 on that,I have more containers and container chassis than I will ever need on the new layout (much smaller now) But I could use some more tractors and the Volvo fits that spot nicely.

I got lucky and scored 4 tractors in a vehicle lot that was for sale on FB.  I missed out on the lot, but contacted the buyer if he was interested in selling just the Volvos.  He said $25 shipped, I said sold !  He got most of his investment back and I got tractors without trailers.

Let us know if you are willing to let go of a couple container chassis's.  Surprised that they don't sell those separately either.

Are these 1:150 or 1:160?  Does anyone know?

Pretty sure they are 1/160.  They fit well with other manufactures trailers (Atlas, Deluxe, DigCom Designs)

AFAIK, those are for U.S. market and 1:160 scale.

There were at least 2 releases (or more) aready. IIRC, the initial release did not have the grille painted while the subsequent releases did.
