I put this together for use during @seusscaboose's ops sessions, but figured you all might be able to use it too.

There's a downloadable PDF on the site, too.

Thank you! We have a couple of somewhat-dense club members who forget my instructions every time we setup the layout at shows. This will be printed and laminated and shall live forever and ever in the DCC cabinet.

Did I say "Thank you!"?

Not to bust your chops, but which typo? I fixed one still in the new version.  Under UT series, item 3.2, "Press and hold the "STEAL" key..."

Yeah, that's the one I fixed. The image isn't updating, but the PDF should be right.

Same here, this will be very useful for our club members who are not as familiar with digitrax. Thanks!
Because why not...

Diditrax? YUCK!
But with how complex and non-intuitive that system is, a cheat sheet is actually a superb idea!  Never forget to dispatch an engine when done, or you will fill up themz "slots".  :|

Actually if the address is not in a consist and the speed is set to zero, the system will purge it all by itself.

Digitrax?  YUM!!   :D

Great idea Ed!  I've downloaded the pdf to print out for guest operators at the upcoming Evanston Roundhouse Festival Show!

...and some a$$wipes down-voted me for stating my opinion based on personal experience (not just baseless bashing).  Nice!  :RUEffinKiddingMe:

Come on, I'm just living up to my nickname (and I did say that a cheat-sheet was an excellent idea).

Good idea Ed! It will save me from digging through manuals when I do run - especially the consisting part.

I upvoted you, Pete.  My experience is the same.  I have Prodigy Advance2, and it's clear, intuitive, and simple.  My only issue with it, is that after years of neglect, some of the buttons on the controller have gotten a little wonky.  But as for learning curve, it's quick and easy.  The fact that Ed had to make a cheat sheet at all should be evidence enough that Digitrax has an issue with the human interface.

When I go to run on someone's Digitrax system, I usually do all my speed matching and consisting at home on the PA, then just plug in my consist number.  Works pretty seamlessly.
